Deposits & Cancellations

Refundable deposits are required for treatments over £20.  If appointments are not kept, this deposit is forfeited.  24 hours notice is required if you wish to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Please arrive 3-5 mins before your scheduled appointment.  Arriving late may inconvenience other clients and could result in a shortened treatment time with full charges applicable.

Beauty courses require prepayment in full and are valid for four months.

Sunbed courses require prepayment in full and are valid for three months.

FLABeLOS courses require prepayment in full and are valid for 1 week or 4 weeks.
