Salon Policy & Terms


Please ensure you have filled in any consultation forms before arriving for your appointment.

Please arrive 5 mins before your scheduled appointment.  Arriving late may inconvenience other clients and could result in a shortened treatment time with full charges applicable.  Any specified treatment times include consultation and finishing times.


Courses / Packages 

Sunbed memberships and Treatment Courses require prepayment in full and, valid for four months (unless otherwise specified) and are exempt from Loyalty points.




Senior Citizens: Tue-Thu 10%
Students: Tue-Thu 10%
Children (under 14): Tue-Thu 10%
Lewisham Council: Tue-Thu 10%


24 hours notice is required if you wish to amend or cancel an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee (up to 100%) will apply.


Online Bookings

  • A cancellation fee (see above) for any treatments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your chosen appointment time.  For avoidance of doubt, if booking within 24 hours of chosen appointment time, cancellation fee will still apply.
    For a ‘no show’, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the full value of services booked.
  • All hair prices quoted are “from”
  • Online bookings made incorrectly will be rectified and therefore may include a change in price


Special Offers

  • Offers/Packages will be available from time to time.  These are subject to strict T&Cs (please see offer).
  • Offers may not be used in conjunction with another offer.
  • Offers not valid if booked through third parties such as Treatwell
  • 24hr Cancellation Policy applies to all vouchers/gift cards


Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date (unless otherwise specified)
  • Gift cards have a value of 0.001p and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • Gift Cards are non refundable and appointments booked are subject to our cancellation policy
  • Use of a Gift Card and Gift Card Number must be quoted at time of booking and handed in at reception before your appointment


Loyalty Scheme 

Loyalty Points are awarded for each pound spent

£1 = 1 Loyalty Point

Points can be redeemed against Services only for a either £5 or £10 discount.


  • Can be redeemed against services booked directly through Inspire Beauty only
  • Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed on a Saturday
  • Loyalty Points are non-transferable non-refundable and have a zero cash value
  • Inspire Beauty reserve the right to allocate Loyalty Points towards appointment Cancellations/No Shows where we have no deposit/card capture
  • Inspire Beauty reserve the right to update our T&C without notice
  • Please note Loyalty Points CANNOT be redeemed in December



Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not accept orders from individuals outside these territories.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • (a) you are  entering a contract with us in the course of your trade;
  • (b) you are resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man; and
  • (c) you are accessing our site from one of those territories.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product or a Course. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Prices will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.  If a correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. we suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

We will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.  We will require photographic proof and the item will need to be returned (postage reimbursed).

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, inspirebeautyshop reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

Privacy Policy

This privacy Policy has been published to provide a clear and concise outline of how and when personal information is collected, disclosed, used, stored and otherwise handled by Inspire Beauty.

The Policy relates to personal information collected by any means and by any technology. Personal information is information or opinion from which an individual’s identity may be ascertained. The nature of personal information collected generally comprises an individual’s name and contact details including but not limited to address, phone, fax and e-mail. Inspire Beauty does not collect personal information unless it is necessary to perform one or more of its functions and activities. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.  Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information during purchases, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, most banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorised use (please check with your bank for more details).

You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone but Inspire Beauty. It is not policy to loan, sell, or share customer information to anyone. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for orders. We collect contact information (such as your e-mail address) when you sign up for an account, place an order or when you volunteer it for other services.

If you have placed an order at inspirebeautyuk.com, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about news and offerings  which may be of benefit or interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such updates, you can contact us and we will remove your e-mail address.

Inspire Beauty will not use or disclose your personal information for any other purposes without first obtaining your express or implied consent. We may however be required to disclose your personal information without your consent if the disclosure is required or authorised by law; required in order to investigate an unlawful activity; required by an enforcement body for investigative activities; or necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to a person’s life, health or safety, or to public health or safety.
